Pulping, finishing and destoning compared
These are distinct mechanical tasks. A shared cylindrical appearance does not make their feed limits, product target or reject conditions interchangeable.
Prepared feed
Define fruit, temperature and upstream preparation.

Retained solids
Inspect integrity and useful pulp remaining.
| Task | Typical inlet boundary | What the trial must show |

| Stone-fruit destoner-pulper | Mango or another specifically tested stone fruit at an agreed size, maturity, temperature and preparation condition. | Which fruit and stone size range will be tested for intact stone separation and acceptable pulp recovery? |
Match the inlet to the task
Whole large-stone fruit requires a suitable stone-removal duty before fine refining. Prepared pulp can be finished without repeating whole-fruit preparation. Confirm where every rejected fraction leaves and which stream continues downstream.
There is no automatic capacity or recovery multiplier. Ask for the proposed machine arrangement, actual material conditions, sample method and acceptance criteria.
