Fruitpulper.com is this website’s public operating name. Questions about enquiry data, corrections or deletion can be sent to sales@fruitpulper.com. The contracting company and commercial obligations are identified in project documents.
Information you choose to send
We ask for a contact name, email and equipment requirement. Company, country, phone, capacity basis and installation conditions are optional. Your finite material and separation choices help interpret the request. A measured trial is attached only when you review and select it; its results are recalculated by the receiver. This is an equipment discussion, not an order, a certified trial or a subscription to a marketing list.
Do not include passwords, payment credentials, sensitive personal data or confidential third-party records.
Hosting, verification and delivery
Cloudflare hosts the website and uses Turnstile to check technical browser and network signals for spam prevention. The enquiry service routes accepted submissions to two configured receiving mailboxes for the sales and engineering workflow. Cloudflare and mailbox providers process information under their service terms and may operate in different jurisdictions.
A submission reference, content digest, timestamp and delivery state are retained for up to seven days to prevent repeat sends. The durable receipt does not store your message or contact fields. Delivered messages remain in the receiving mailboxes for the enquiry and any applicable record-keeping duties. Contact the site to request access, correction or deletion; this notice does not promise an unverified fixed mailbox deletion period.
What stays in this tab
The trial planner retains finite material choices and measurements in session storage for an optional attachment. The form also retains a submission reference and state so refreshing cannot automatically repeat a pending, accepted or uncertain request. New contact details and project text are not saved in browser storage by this form. You can remove a trial record without sending it; an accepted enquiry clears the attached record if it has not changed.
What acceptance means
An accepted response confirms the receiving service accepted both delivery calls. It does not confirm final inbox arrival, equipment suitability, engineering approval or a quotation. For an uncertain response, keep the reference and contact the site before attempting another submission.
Direct email and local interaction events
Email links open your chosen mail application. Its privacy terms apply to messages you send there. The form emits only fixed local interaction and source labels, without names, email addresses, message text, URL query values or submission references. This enquiry flow adds no external analytics collector.
