State fruit pulper capacity on a clear basis

Prepared feed and collected product are different streams. Define the material, screen duty and measured running interval before comparing an output claim.

Watermarked reference derivative of a twin-chamber industrial fruit pulper
Twin-chamber reference derivative used to discuss staged separation; chamber layout does not establish an offered model or performance.
01

Name the inlet

A washed whole-fruit rate, destoned pulp rate and refined puree rate cannot be substituted for each other. Show the boundary on the flow sketch and state kilograms per hour while actually running.

02

Keep the process conditions attached

Record maturity, temperature, preparation, screen arrangement and accepted product requirement. A nameplate power or an empty-water test does not establish the required fruit duty.

03

Separate a trial from factory planning

A short stable collection interval gives a measured operating rate. Daily planning also needs cleaning, changeover, feeding interruptions and seasonal supply evidence; do not multiply a peak moment into a daily guarantee.

04

Use the record in quotation review

Require each proposal to state which stream its capacity describes, the material conditions behind it, the product and reject criteria, and how the promised conditions will be tested.
