Fruitpulper.com / Non-collecting planning tool
Build a fruit pulper specification before requesting supplier quotations.
Use one brief for every supplier so machine labels, prepared-feed capacity, included scope and acceptance evidence are compared on the same basis. This worksheet prints locally and does not collect, save or transmit project information.

Fix the feed and product boundary
Describe the fruit or vegetable, variety, maturity window, temperature, preparation and unwanted solids. State the accepted product texture and the reject condition that must be observed during a representative trial.
Separate prepared-feed rate from finished output
State nominal and peak prepared-feed rate, operating hours and cleaning allowance. If an output target is commercially important, list it separately with the measurement window and material-balance method required to verify it.
Make supplied scope and acceptance visible
List screens, drives, controls, guards, pumps, platforms, spare parts, documentation and services. Attach pre-agreed trial, cleaning and sign-off evidence so omissions cannot be hidden inside a single total price.
| Section | Minimum basis | Do not accept as a substitute |
|---|---|---|
| Process duty | Prepared feed, accepted product, reject and preparation boundary | A generic fruit list or machine name |
| Capacity | Prepared-feed unit, nominal/peak rate, hours and cleaning allowance | A number without feed state or time basis |
| Configuration | Stage duty, screen set, controlled variables and included auxiliaries | Motor power as the complete selection basis |
| Acceptance | Stable-run rule, sampling, mass balance, quality criteria and deviations | A photo or one-sided output sample |
| Commercial scope | Delivery basis, services, documents, spares, exclusions and milestones | An unexplained equipment total |

Questions before a trial
Does this worksheet send information to FruitPulper?
No. It is static content with print-only write-in spaces. It has no submission action, personal-information fields, email control, storage or network request.
Should every blank be guessed before asking for a quote?
No. Mark unknowns explicitly and ask suppliers to state assumptions, test requirements and decisions that must be resolved before selection.
Can the same template be used for every fruit?
The section structure can be reused, but the material envelope, preparation, target, hazards, screen trial and acceptance criteria must be specific to the project.
Technical references and scope
