Variety, maturity, seed or stone structure, fibre and temperature can change how the same fruit behaves. Application pages should narrow the test plan—not promise that one machine handles every crop.
Stone handling before final pulp refining.
Separate seeds and skin from prepared tomato.
Evaluate seed separation and puree texture.
Define seed retention and prepared extraction.
Finish prepared, peeled and deseeded flesh.
Specify peeled feed and the puree target.
Mango, peach, apricot and plum require an explicit destoning boundary. Flesh adhesion, ripeness and stone breakage risk must be checked before fine pulping.
Tomato, guava and many berries often use screen separation after washing, sorting and suitable size reduction or softening. Seed damage and final texture are trial variables.
Whole citrus normally needs a dedicated extraction approach that manages peel oil. Firm or fibrous produce may need cutting, crushing or softening before finishing. A generic pulper claim is not enough.
