Reject discharge for fruit pulping equipment

Remove retained solids as a distinct measured stream without treating dryness alone as success.

Watermarked close-up reference derivative of a fruit pulper screen, rotor and paddles
Approved factory-test reference derivative for inspection planning. It is not formal FAT or acceptance evidence.

Input and output

Input
Skin, seeds, fibres or stones remaining after the specified separation action.
Output
Collected rejects suitable for integrity inspection and a useful-pulp assessment.

What changes the duty

  • Discharge geometry and restriction where applicable
  • Solids flow and accumulation
  • Interaction with rotor and feed conditions

Record during the trial

  1. Collect rejects across the same stable interval as product.
  2. Inspect broken seeds or stones and retain representative samples.
  3. Report useful pulp remaining with rejects together with product quality and mass closure.

Cleaning and maintenance

Provide inspection and safe removal of accumulated material. Never clear a blocked discharge through an unguarded running mechanism.

Installation and interfaces

Define conveyor/bin position, drainage, sampling space and access. A downstream blockage must not silently change the chamber conditions.

This page explains a machine component and its specification boundary. It does not claim a separately stocked part, a compatible replacement or an approved modification.
