Fruitpulper.com / Commercial planning
Compare fruit pulper machine prices by duty, supplied scope and acceptance evidence.
Supplier quotations may describe small batch machines, continuous industrial finishers or complete line packages. A useful comparison normalizes the duty, supplied scope and acceptance evidence before comparing totals.

Material and duty drive the base configuration
Large stones, fibrous feed, fine finishing and high solids can change preparation, stages, screen area, drive and controls. The price cannot be interpreted until those conditions are fixed.
Included equipment changes the total
Clarify feeder, crusher, destoner, screen sets, VFD, spray or cleaning hardware, pumps, platform, guards and control panel. Separate required interfaces from optional accessories.
Delivery and acceptance belong in the quotation
State packaging, freight basis, documentation, installation, commissioning, training, spare parts, warranty and FAT or SAT scope. A cheaper machine can carry a larger unpriced project gap.
| Cost driver | Normalize | Ask for |
|---|---|---|
| Capacity | Prepared-feed rate and duty cycle | Guaranteed basis and test condition |
| Configuration | Stages, screens, controls and auxiliaries | Itemized supplied-scope list |
| Materials | Product-contact grade, finish, seals, documents | Material certificate scope, not a vague food-grade claim |
| Operating cost | Energy, water, cleaning labour, screens, seals and planned downtime | Assumptions, consumables and recommended spare-parts list |
| Delivery | Incoterm, destination, services and spares | Commercial exclusions and milestone schedule |
Questions before a trial
Why not publish a standard price?
Without a verified product range and delivery scope, a fixed price would be misleading and quickly stale.
Can marketplace prices be compared?
Only after confirming scale, feed, continuous or batch duty, material, included controls, auxiliaries and delivery terms.
What makes a quotation technically comparable?
The same feed and output basis, supplied-scope matrix, utility assumptions, acceptance test and commercial delivery terms.
