The sample decides the separation duty
Review a representative puree sample for seed fragments, skin specks and texture, then inspect the reject for intact seeds and useful pulp. Record both streams over the same interval.

It depends on variety, maturity, peel character and the finished product. State whether peel is retained or removed, then test the actual preparation; a universal route should not be assumed.
What is the main seed risk?
Broken seed fragments can pass into the product stream. Inspect product and reject for seed integrity and agree the sampling and acceptance method before the trial.
