Drive, guards and service access for fruit pulping equipment

Support the defined rotor duty and planned maintenance access without using installed power as a stand-alone performance claim.

Watermarked reference derivative of a twin-chamber industrial fruit pulper
Twin-chamber reference derivative used to discuss staged separation; chamber layout does not establish an offered model or performance.

Input and output

Input
Specified electrical supply, control signals and the mechanical load of the actual material.
Output
Controlled rotor operation with defined protective functions and accessible maintenance points.

What changes the duty

  • Drive range and load conditions
  • Guarding and access arrangements
  • Isolation, inspection and reassembly checks

Record during the trial

  1. Record operating load and speed with the actual feed and screen.
  2. Verify documented stop, access and protective functions under a competent test plan.
  3. Demonstrate screen removal, inspection and reassembly without inventing a universal changeover time.

Cleaning and maintenance

Require the supplier machine manual and site isolation procedure. Guarding and interlocks need validation on the actual delivered configuration.

Installation and interfaces

Define utilities, control ownership, support/loading and service clearances before layout approval. Do not infer them from a concept image.

This page explains a machine component and its specification boundary. It does not claim a separately stocked part, a compatible replacement or an approved modification.
