Product collection for fruit pulping equipment

Capture and transfer the through-screen stream while preserving an identifiable sampling boundary.

Watermarked factory-test reference derivative showing tomato pulp leaving a pulper outlet
Approved factory-test run reference derivative showing a temporary output check; it is not formal FAT, acceptance proof or a yield claim.

Input and output

Input
Pulp, puree or pulpy juice that passed through the selected screen.
Output
A collected product stream going to a buffer, pump or next process under specified conditions.

What changes the duty

  • Collection level and drainability
  • Transfer method and air exposure
  • Sampling location and retained inventory

Record during the trial

  1. Take samples after the agreed boundary and record inlet history.
  2. Measure collected mass; account for product retained inside the equipment.
  3. Confirm texture, defects and any agreed pulp-content method separately from mass.

Cleaning and maintenance

Review accessible product-contact surfaces, drain points and seals. A connected CIP pipe alone does not prove complete cleaning coverage.

Installation and interfaces

Agree pump inlet conditions, buffer volume basis, hygienic transfer and the next process. Mechanical separation does not replace preservation.

This page explains a machine component and its specification boundary. It does not claim a separately stocked part, a compatible replacement or an approved modification.
