Screen basket for fruit pulping equipment

Provide the separation surface through which the desired product fraction passes.

Watermarked close-up reference derivative of a fruit pulper screen, rotor and paddles
Approved factory-test reference derivative for inspection planning. It is not formal FAT or acceptance evidence.

Input and output

Input
Material distributed across the screen by the installed rotor or other finishing mechanism.
Output
A through-screen stream and solids retained for further travel or discharge.

What changes the duty

  • Hole shape, size and open area
  • Screen condition, support and fit
  • Material behaviour and operating load

Record during the trial

  1. Measure finished product using an agreed particle or pulp-content method.
  2. Record blocked area, wear and deformation before comparing runs.
  3. Do not interpret nominal aperture as a maximum size for every deformable particle.

Cleaning and maintenance

Confirm screen handling space, removal route, inspection method and replacement identity. Cleanability must be verified on the actual assembly.

Installation and interfaces

Record the matching rotor/clearance, seals, support arrangement and changeover requirements. Screen swaps can change the whole duty.

This page explains a machine component and its specification boundary. It does not claim a separately stocked part, a compatible replacement or an approved modification.
