Fruitpulper.com / Equipment and process
Choose a pulper in four practical steps
Start with what enters the machine and what must leave it—not just the nameplate rate.

1. Identify hard bodies
Large stones need a qualified stone-handling duty. Compare the dedicated destoner-pulper with a DJ chamber only after defining the inlet and stone envelope.
2. Define the finished pulp
Specify texture, retained fibre and seed or stone-fragment requirements. Decide whether one screened separation is enough or coarse pulping and finer finishing need separate stages.
3. Name the capacity boundary
Use prepared-feed kilograms per hour, not an unexplained whole-fruit, puree or daily production figure. Compare the five DJ catalogue sizes with that basis attached.
4. Agree a material trial
Inspect collected product, reject loss and hard-body damage over the same interval. Use the results to choose screen arrangements and acceptance criteria.

Send the fruit, prepared-feed rate and target pulp or puree. Include a drawing or trial record when available; you can enquire without a screen size.
