Rotor and paddles for fruit pulping equipment

Move material against the screen with a defined mechanical action while transporting retained solids towards discharge.

Watermarked close-up reference derivative of a fruit pulper screen, rotor and paddles
Approved factory-test reference derivative for inspection planning. It is not formal FAT or acceptance evidence.

Input and output

Input
A material stream whose stone, seed and fibre condition is suitable for the chosen rotor arrangement.
Output
Through-screen material and retained solids exposed to the rotor action.

What changes the duty

  • Rotor or paddle geometry
  • Speed and interaction time
  • Clearance relative to the installed screen

Record during the trial

  1. Record the actual setting rather than relying on motor nameplate power.
  2. Inspect seeds or stones for mechanical damage alongside the product sample.
  3. Compare texture and useful pulp left with rejects when changing one condition.

Cleaning and maintenance

Use the documented isolation, screen-removal and reassembly procedure. Inspect wear and fasteners using the actual machine instructions.

Installation and interfaces

Specify drive, guarding, access envelope and assembly checks. Adjustment limits belong to the machine documentation, not this diagram.

This page explains a machine component and its specification boundary. It does not claim a separately stocked part, a compatible replacement or an approved modification.
