DJ-3 two-stage fruit pulper & finisher

01

Select on the actual material

For a smaller production duty, agree the minimum stable feed rate as well as the peak. Test at the planned screen set rather than assuming every fruit reaches the upper reference rate.

02

Coarse pulping, then finishing

The first chamber separates the prepared feed; the second refines its accepted stream. Specify both screen duties and collect the two reject streams separately during a material trial.

03

Confirm the delivered configuration

The DJ family catalogue lists a 0.4–1.5 mm screen range. Agree the actual screen set, electrical supply, guards, inlet and outlet elevations, safe cleaning access and spare screen arrangement in the quotation.

Questions before a trial

Is the reference capacity guaranteed for my fruit?

No. The listed rate is a catalogue reference. Fruit preparation, maturity, temperature, fibre, screen choice and required product quality determine the agreed duty.

Does this photograph identify the exact model?

The workshop photograph shows the two-stage equipment family. Use the selected model drawing to confirm dimensions, motors and connections.
