Fruitpulper.com / Material map

Match fruit pulper applications to stone, seed, peel, fibre and feed preparation.

Variety, maturity, seed or stone structure, fibre and temperature can change how the same fruit behaves. Application pages should narrow the test plan—not promise that one machine handles every crop.

Mango

Stone handling before final pulp refining.

Tomato

Separate seeds and skin from prepared tomato.

Guava

Evaluate seed separation and puree texture.

Papaya

Finish prepared, peeled and deseeded flesh.

Banana

Specify peeled feed and the puree target.

01

Soft flesh with large stones

Mango, peach, apricot and plum require an explicit destoning boundary. Flesh adhesion, ripeness and stone breakage risk must be checked before fine pulping.

02

Soft flesh with skin and small seeds

Tomato, guava and many berries often use screen separation after washing, sorting and suitable size reduction or softening. Seed damage and final texture are trial variables.

03

Whole citrus and firm fibrous produce

Whole citrus normally needs a dedicated extraction approach that manages peel oil. Firm or fibrous produce may need cutting, crushing or softening before finishing. A generic pulper claim is not enough.

Application triage before selecting a page or machine
Material behaviourFirst questionLikely evidence path
Large stoneWhere and how is the stone removed?Destoning trial plus fragment and flesh-loss checks
Small seedsMust seeds remain intact or simply be rejected?Screen and rotor trial with seed-breakage observation
High fibreWhat preparation makes the feed pumpable or screenable?Upstream cutting or softening trial
Citrus peelIs this whole-fruit extraction or pulp finishing?Dedicated extractor boundary before finishing

Questions before a trial

Why not publish a page for every fruit?

A page is useful only when it adds verified process evidence. Near-duplicate fruit pages create weak guidance and can overstate capability.

Can published screen sizes be reused?

They can inform a trial range, not become a promised Site17 setting. Source material, preparation and target texture must be comparable.

What is the best first sample?

Send representative raw material across the expected maturity and size range, then define how product and reject will be sampled.

These sources explain general mechanisms and methods. Another supplier's model, rating or claimed results are not specifications for fruitpulper.com.
