Fruitpulper.com / Process interfaces
Integrate a fruit pulper with controlled feed, product, reject, utility and downstream interfaces.
Selection fails when the machine is isolated from its interfaces. Define what delivers material to the inlet, how both outlets are handled, and what downstream process receives the screened product.

Upstream determines feed stability
Washing, sorting, cutting, crushing, heating and destoning can change size, temperature and flow. State the equipment, transfer method and buffer available immediately before the pulper.
Product and reject need separate handling
Define gravity or pump transfer for the screened stream, drainability and buffer capacity. Define how rejects are conveyed, collected and sampled without contaminating the product area.
Downstream sets a real quality boundary
A holding tank, deaerator, thermal process or filler may impose viscosity, particle or flow limits. Carry those limits upstream into the pulper acceptance test.
| Interface | Define | Design risk if omitted |
|---|---|---|
| Feed inlet | Height, connection, rate, temperature, solids | Surging, blockage or unplanned feeder |
| Product outlet | Gravity/pump, head, buffer, sample point | Flooding, aeration or unstable downstream flow |
| Reject outlet | Collection, conveyor, drainage, sample access | Hygiene conflict and poor mass balance |
| Utilities | Voltage, frequency, phase, water, air, drain | Late redesign or unavailable services |
Questions before a trial
Does the pulper need a pump?
That depends on feed and downstream transfer. Define whether each stream is gravity-fed, pumpable and sensitive to shear or air pickup.
Why include discharge heights in an RFQ?
They affect platform, pipe fall, pump suction and collection equipment, and can change the plant layout.
What downstream data is most useful?
State the receiving equipment, maximum particle or fibre requirement, required flow stability and available buffer volume.

Tell us what the machine will process.
Send the fruit, prepared-feed rate and target pulp or puree. Include a drawing or trial record when available; you can enquire without a screen size.
